This is an original pulled paper print from a photopolymer plate using Graphic Chemical bone black 514C oil ink on Arnhem 1618 100% rag printmaking paper. This is an Artist proof of a pulled edition of two (2), on 5x7 (12.7cm x 17.8cm) paper of a photopolymer plate sized in 4x5 (10cm x 13cm) positioned directly on the press. The plate was created by a reversal film overlay in sunlight to record the image on the plate. The second print pulled, has been kept for reference of the process. This Series was created to test the above-named products together for larger series available in the very near future. The photopolymer plate will be retired and will identify this plate as being cancelled from further printing. If you have looked at the website portfolio, noticing this was a photograph in the portfolio used in creating this print, being a polymer photogravure technique. This item will be shipped in a protective sleeve with a cardboard backing and sent in a flat mailer package to its destination.
